About Bob Salgado

In addition to an infectious energy and spirit, Bob boasts over 35 years of real estate success, both in the residential field as well as commercial. When looking at his extensive experience and accomplishments, it’s quite evident that Bob is well respected in the industry and takes tremendous pride in providing thorough and vigilant representation for each and every client, exuding the highest level of integrity and strong work ethic. His background is multi-faceted; involved in both commercial and residential real estate sales, leasing, investments, and development.  By utilizing this knowledge, Bob and his partners have also built custom homes for sale in the St Augustine area.


Bob grew up in a small town in southern California, Corona, and it was there that he quickly learned the importance of commitment, unconditional service and respect from his parents. This was further enhanced when he moved to “the big city”, San Diego, California to attend the University of San Diego (receiving a BBA in Business Administration), a Catholic university dedicated to instilling values such as ethical responsibility and compassionate service; values that still hold true today for Bob as he incorporates those into his focused and unwavering dedication to providing his clients with the guidance and knowledge necessary in finding them the perfect home or ideal investment(s). 

Bob has now been a resident in St. Augustine for 13 years and his commitment to the community is evident. He is an active member and lector of St. John Paul II Catholic Church, a board member of the 501 (3)(c) charity called The Sertoma Club of St Augustine, and he assists in feeding the homeless with Dining with Dignity and Home Again St Johns.
